Wow, this seems to be a month of infrastructure announcements! The Punjab Internet City, the new EPZA software park in Karachi and now this $200M project to develop a 47 story IT tower in Karachi. The building will provide employment to 40,000 people, with 10,000 call center seats running out of the facility.
